VDO Cockpit Vision Series

Cockpit Vision is VDO’s styled analogue range with a cleaner dial face than Cockpit International, aimed at light vehicles, bakkies, trucks and buses. It reads the same kind of resistive senders, so it is the range to choose when you want a neater dash without moving to a data-bus system.

The Cockpit Vision parts on Omnipart are mostly 52 mm gauges: oil pressure to 5 or 10 bar, coolant, oil and cylinder head temperature, fuel level on the 90-3 ohm standard, voltmeters for 12 V and 24 V systems, and an outside temperature gauge. Tachometers come in 52, 80 and 100 mm, there is a 140 mm speedometer for commercial vehicles at 125 km/h in 12 V and 24 V, and a 52 mm clock. Several gauges are offered with a choice of spin-ring or stud and bracket mounting, named in the listing.

Most Cockpit Vision gauges are built for 12 V, with some 24 V parts, so check the voltage on each listing. Pair each electrical gauge with a sender of the same range from the senders pages, and match the mounting style to the panel you are fitting.
